Ginger Feline

After spending more than a year submitting absolutely nothing, at last I'm submitting again.. m(_ _)m

This is the first time I've submitted an original character. It's a picture requested by a friend of mine. She asked me to draw her in the form of a cat. It was actually requested more than 6 months ago, but being the procrastinator that I am, I've only started working on it last week.
No biggie, it's not like I was restricted to a deadline. The bottom line is, I finished the picture just as I promised..

Another different shading technique from my previous pictures. I did at least 3 tries before I was satisfied with the results. It was real fun experimenting though...
